What kind of wallpaper do you use?

We use two types of wallpaper, a traditional wallpaper and an adheasive backed fabric wall-covering. Our Traditional wallpaper has a smooth, flat finish. It is a vinyl impregnated, wet-strength tear-resistant paper that is highly durable. Our adheasive backed fabric is repositionable and can be removed several times and reinstalled.

How is the custom wallpaper produced?

Our wallcoverings are produced on a digital printer that outputs at 720 dpi for maximum color consistency and tone, while also utilizing archival based inks that are water and UV light resistant. Therefore our products may be cleaned using a soft cloth and diluted, mild soap.

How is the custom wallpaper installed?

Our wallpaper is installed just like mass produced wallpaper. We recommend a pre-mixed clear adhesive that is usually sold at most home improvement sores.

Our wallpaper panels are roughly 4.5 feet wide by the height of your wall. This cuts down on seeming. We provide an inch of bleed around the perimeter of the image to ensure enough material for coverage, and add 1.5 inches of overlap between panels for double cutting.

What is double cutting?

This refers to the type of wallpaper installation where one panel of wallpaper is hung, and the corresponding panel overlaps the previously hung panel (in our case 1.5 inches). A straight edge is applied and a blade cuts through both panels of wallpaper. The strips of waste are removed, and you're left with the most invisible seam possible.

If requested, we can assist you in locating a qualified professional in your area. All monies and quotations for installation will take place between the installer and the party recieving service. That is, you pay us for the wallpaper and you pay the wallpaper installer to install it.

How long does the order process take?

Once we recieve payment and shipping information, we'll have your order delivered to FedEx within 3-5 business days.

How long does it take to ship?

Depending on your location, FedEx Ground will have your order delivered within 1-5 business days. Please call to make special arrangements for expedited shipping.

How do I pay for your services?

There are two methods of payment. Once you've selected your desired image and completed the order form, you will be given a total. From there you can pay for your order via PayPal or all major credit card brands.

You may also order offline by calling us toll-free at 877-544-1054. We will get all the necessary information over the phone. This is also the standard method for orders using your own images, or for those who prefer ordering offline. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Do you print on anything other than wallpaper?

Absolutely. Our printing technology allows us to print on paper, banner vinyl, self-adhesive vinyl as well as cotton and other fabrics. Please call our toll-free line for additional information and applications.
